Green Mango Books published its first title in December 2024. That book established the imprint in retail distribution and turned a long history of literacy advocacy into something readers could hold, share, and return to.

Green Mango Books spent years connecting books with communities through live readings, literacy programs, school and library work, and the Yellow Boat Project collaboration. Publishing is the natural continuation of that work.
