We want ordering books online from Green Mango Books to feel simple and predictable. Here is what to expect from the moment you place your order until your books arrive.
Where we ship
Green Mango Books currently ships physical books to USPS-compliant addresses throughout the United States, including all 50 states, APO and FPO military addresses, and supported U.S. territories. International book shipping is not available at this time.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within one business day before being sent for fulfillment. If you need to correct your shipping address or request a cancellation, email support@greenmangobooks.com within 12 hours of placing your order and include your order number. We will do our best to help. Once fulfillment begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Estimated book delivery times
- In-stock books: Most arrive approximately 4–8 business days after the order is placed.
- Print-on-demand or special-fulfillment books: These generally arrive within approximately 5–13 business days.
These estimates include order processing, warehouse preparation, and standard USPS book delivery. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, and title availability can cause delays.
Shipping methods and charges
Standard book orders generally ship through USPS. Available shipping rates and any free-shipping eligibility are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your cart and the delivery destination.
Tracking your book order
When a book ships, tracking is added to your order and a shipping confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the message.
Orders with multiple books
Books in the same order may be prepared at different U.S. fulfillment locations. A multi-book order may arrive in more than one package or on different days. When separate tracking numbers are available, each shipment will have its own tracking update.
On rare occasions, a title may become unavailable after an order is placed. If that happens, we will contact you about the affected book and the available refund options.
Check your delivery address
Please review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order. An incomplete or incorrect address may delay delivery or cause a package to be returned. Address changes cannot be made after fulfillment begins.
Delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders
If tracking has not updated, your package appears delayed, or you receive a damaged or incorrect book, email support@greenmangobooks.com with your order number and photos when applicable. Please report damaged or incorrect books within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue promptly. For eligibility details, visit our Returns page.
