1. Online Store Terms

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our products or Services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable law while using the Services. A breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

2. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to create an account or place an order, or you must use the Services with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

If you create an account, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. You are responsible for protecting your password and other account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Books, Product Information, and Availability

We work to present accurate and useful book information. Some titles, cover images, descriptions, formats, contributors, publication dates, prices, inventory status, and other catalog data are supplied or updated by publishers, distributors, rights holders, or other service providers. That information may change without notice.

• A cover image may differ from the edition delivered when a publisher changes a cover or uses a representative image.
• Dimensions, page counts, publication dates, editions, formats, and descriptions are provided for reference and may be corrected or updated.
• Displaying a title does not guarantee that it remains available for fulfillment.
• We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct catalog information, or remove listings at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that a device will display them exactly.

4. Orders, Acceptance, Pricing, and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including title unavailability, suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, pricing or catalog errors, shipping restrictions, or an inability to verify information.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information and to keep it current. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown at checkout when applicable.

If we cancel all or part of a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method. Processing time after a refund is issued may depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping, Delivery, Cancellations, and Returns

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party book distribution, fulfillment, and shipping providers. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

We will handle shipping delays, cancellation options, and refunds in accordance with applicable law. If we cannot ship within the time stated or, when no time is stated, within the period required by law, we will provide any notice, consent option, cancellation, or refund required by law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing or fulfillment.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original design, arrangement, text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, audio, and other content are owned by or licensed to Green Mango Books and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Book covers, excerpts, author names, publisher marks, and related materials may belong to their respective rights holders.

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Services for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, scrape, or exploit protected material without permission from the applicable rights holder.

7. Shopify, Service Providers, and Third-Party Links

Shopify provides the commerce platform that helps us operate the Services. Purchases from this store are transactions directly with Green Mango Books, not Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of the books you purchase from us.

The Services may use or link to third-party websites, applications, payment services, embedded media, social platforms, or tools. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that party’s terms and privacy notice.

8. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Depending on where you live, you may also have choices described on our Privacy Choices page. Shopify may process information as described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

9. Feedback and Publishing Submissions

If you voluntarily send us comments, suggestions, or other feedback about the Services, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to operate, evaluate, improve, and promote the Services. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property.

Green Mango Books Publishing is not currently accepting manuscript submissions. Do not send manuscripts, proposals, sample chapters, artwork, or other creative material until official submission guidelines are published. Unsolicited materials will not be reviewed, treated as confidential, or returned. Sending unsolicited material does not create an agency, publishing, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

10. Prohibited and Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or the rights of another person;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
• submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or malicious content;
• introduce malware, interfere with security, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Services;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• collect personal information about others without authorization;
• send spam or unauthorized solicitations; or
• use automated systems to access, scrape, copy, overload, or circumvent controls on the Services except as expressly permitted by us or by applicable law.

11. Errors, Corrections, and Service Changes

Information on the Services may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to descriptions, contributors, editions, formats, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct information, update content, or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary. If an accepted paid order is canceled, we will issue the applicable refund.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We are not responsible for a modification, suspension, or discontinuation except as required by law or as expressly stated in an applicable order or policy.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim warranties not expressly provided in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement, to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AQA Connect LLC dba Green Mango Books and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from use of the Services or products purchased through them, even if advised that such damages are possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AQA Connect LLC dba Green Mango Books, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the Services or another person are at risk, or suspension is required by law. Amounts properly due for completed transactions remain payable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

16. General Terms

Severability

If any provision is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Entire agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Services, except for any separate written agreement that expressly applies.

Assignment

You may not transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other lawful business transfer.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This provision does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection available under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or applicable law. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We will provide additional notice when required by law. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date.
